For Rachel, exceptional client service starts with understanding that every person’s financial journey is unique. Since joining Baird in 2016, she has combined her operational expertise with a genuine passion for helping people, making her an invaluable part of The BVB Group. As Operations Manager, she oversees many of the essential behind-the-scenes processes that help clients achieve their financial goals.
Whether she is assisting with account openings, facilitating securities transactions, managing paperwork, or coordinating money movement, Rachel approaches every task with precision and care. Her attention to detail helps ensure a smooth experience for clients, while her warm and personable nature helps them feel supported every step of the way.
Rachel’s career began in private wealth management banking, where she developed the client-first mindset that continues to guide her work today. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 2009 and holds her Series 7 and Series 66 licenses.
When she is not helping clients, Rachel enjoys making memories with her husband, Michael, and their sons, Aiden and Owen. From family adventures up north to evening walks and quiet moments with a good book, she treasures the time spent with those she loves most.
